Earth Day Celebrates 50 Years With Virtual Events

Earth Day 2020 is upon us, bringing with it more urgent reminders about the need to act on the climate crisis and other pressing environmental issues. This year, on April 22, Earth Day celebrates 50 years. While some groups have been forced to cancel events because of COVID-19, many more around the world will commemorate by holding virtual events ranging from virtual marches and conferences, to teach-ins and activities for kids, to online concerts.
