We are all familiar with metal straws and bamboo utensils as brandished tools of the Zero Waste Movement, but what do we do about our food waste? The average American wastes 250 lbs/year of food (USDA), which has a big impact on our environment. That is why Back2TheDirt offers compost pickup and dropoff for the Greater Cincinnati area.
